Uponor Enhances Customer Loyalty Program

Uponor North America recently launched its newly enhanced Uponor Pro Rewards program as a tangible way to thank service plumbers and contracting company representatives for their brand loyalty and repeat purchases of qualifying Uponor products.

To enroll in Uponor Pro Rewards, plumbing professionals create an account online and then receive points after uploading invoices for qualifying purchases. Members earn points for every dollar spent, which they can redeem for thousands of items and experiences, including Milwaukee® tools, vacation packages, and more. In addition, the program also provides members with exclusive promotional offers and an option to connect with other professionals in the Pro Rewards online community.

The program creates a one-to-one engagement opportunity that is more difficult for business-to-business companies like Uponor to achieve. Boyum added that to help promote the new program, Uponor has launched a series of promotional videos and digital ads on its FacebookInstagramYouTube and TikTok channels.
