Laars® Heating Systems, a leading manufacturer of residential and commercial heating products, announces the launch of its new Powered by Keltech™ family of fast, reliable and durable commercial and industrial electric tankless water heaters.

Bradford White Corporation, the parent company of Laars Heating Systems, completed its acquisition of the Keltech product line in January.

“Our Powered by Keltech tankless electric water heaters are a critical extension of the existing Laars portfolio of products,” O’Donnell said. “With their proven track record of long-lasting performance and innovation, they help ensure that Laars will continue to meet emerging demand related to the ongoing adoption of electrification initiatives in communities throughout North America.”

Features of the Powered by Keltech family of products include a PID infinitely modulating control which holds temperature as demand changes; Incoloy 800 low-watt density elements that enhance durability, heat transfer and resistance to scaling; low water flow activation; low water pressure drop; brass/copper heat exchangers that are NSF/ANSI 372 certified for lead free; and space saving size, with only three square feet of space needed for 144 kW (491,000 BTU/hour).

The FT Series Combination Boiler and Water Heater includes a unique, integrated domestic hot water mini-indirect tank that delivers stable hot water on demand. With industry-leading capacity, the FT Series Combination Boiler and Water Heater can deliver six gallons per minute of hot water in the first minute and 5.2 gallons per minute continuous delivery at a 70°F temperature rise. Bosch Thermotechnology, a leading global source of high-quality heating and cooling systems, today announced its Stainless Steel Boiler (SSB) Low Loss Header (LLH) accessory, completing its SSB System for a fully contained, compact boiler solution.

The Bosch SSB LLH 4-in-1 combination separator incorporates hydraulic separation, air separation, dirt separation and ferrous impurity separation. The dirt and magnetic separator helps to ensure clean water circulation through the boiler loop. With one hot water supply and one water return, every connection is only used once. Temperature is not an issue with this system, which is ideal for temperatures from 32 – 194˚F without insulation.

The all-new Alta Combi high efficiency condensing boiler offers best in class, next-generation gas adaptive technology that provides the shortest installation time and lowest operating costs. The powerful gas-adaptive technology offers true “no touch” combustion setup. There are no manual throttle or offset adjustments. Engineered for five-minute start-up, the boiler’s control system provides continuous, automatic self-calibration of burner combustion by adapting to component wear, variations in fuel, environment, and vent air pressure to provide safe, efficient, and clean combustion at all times.
