Downers Grove, Ill. — Grundfos Technical Institute launched a new online training website with various platform tools designed to assist professionals across numerous market segments.

Targeting consulting engineers, installers, professional end users, service personnel and Grundfos channel partners, the Grundfos Technical Institute is a training series that supports Grundfos’ high-quality pumps though easy-to-access education before, during and after the purchase process.  A cornerstone of the new training tool is Ecademy, an online learning platform that makes the customer an expert in system and product specification, operation and troubleshooting.

The new platform greatly extends Grundfos’ training reach to significantly benefit a larger number of professionals. Thanks to various smart devices now available, the latest information can virtually accompany a professional to a job site or client meeting via their mobile devices.

The platform features global as well as local content in a variety of formats such as videos, slideshows, articles and interactive tools. Through the portal, customers will be able to access classes on topics such as system design, products, applications and helpful white papers utilizing interactive tools.
Grundfos Technical Institute offers the key benefit of webinars and classes approved for American Institute of Architecture (AIA) and Continuing Education Unit (CEU) credits. These learning opportunities allow professional engineers to maintain their licensure.
